    Orchard provides experienced oversight and supervision of Tenant and Capital Building improvement projects in our managed portfolio. Each year our team manages extensive TIs that create cash flow and value for our clients. Additionally, we play an integral role in product repositioning with architectural consultants and contractors that team together to deliver results.
